Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Coverage 

We deliver our products across India, ensuring that fitness enthusiasts nationwide can access them.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders above ₹399. For orders up to ₹399, a nominal shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

3. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery time is 4–8 business days for most locations. For remote or less accessible areas, delivery may take up to 10 business days. Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, public holidays, or courier delays (the examples are intended only)

Stoga reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where its delivery exceeds a reasonable time frame or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled products to your original payment method.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after order confirmation. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number/link via SMS/WhatsApp/email to monitor your shipment's status. We dispatch orders on all working days except Sundays and national holidays.

5. Order Changes 

Changes to the order, including but not limited to the product purchased, delivery address, and payment method post dispatch, shall not be entertained. For further information on this matter, please connect with Customer Service at support@stoga.fit

6. Shipping Partners 

We have partnered with a reliable logistics aggregator to ensure timely and safe deliveries.

7. Packaging & Safety

All products are dispatched in sturdy, water-resistant, and quality packaging to prevent any damage in transit. In any case of damage during transit, please contact us at support@stoga.fit within 48 hours with photos and unboxing videos for replacement, or please refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.

8. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner in total shall only make 2 delivery attempts for the ordered products in case of unavailability of the customer at the date of delivery. If the package remains undelivered after both attempts, it will be returned to our source warehouse. Re-delivery can be arranged on formal request (to be raised at support@stoga.fit), but additional shipping charges may apply.
