Refund policy

Return and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 2-day Replacement policy, allowing you to request an exchange within 2 days of product delivery. To be eligible for a replacement, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Replacements are only accepted if the product is physically damaged or has any manufacturing defect upon arrival. In such cases, you must provide an unboxing video as proof within 2 Hrs of delivery. To initiate a return, email us at support@stoga.fit, and we will arrange the return pickup.

Exceptions:

  • Products priced below Rs. 299 are not eligible for replacement or exchanges.

  • Accessories and equipment can only be replaced in case of a manufacturing defect, subject to product availability. Stoga is not responsible for arranging special replacements. If a replacement is unavailable, we will notify you and issue a refund.

Return & Exchange Fees:

    • Orders above INR 1500 → INR 300

    • Orders between INR 600 - 1499 → INR 200

    • Orders between INR 399 - 599 → INR 150

Non-Returnable & Non-Replaceable Items

The following items do not qualify for return or replacement:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling.
  • Incidental damage from product malfunctions.
  • Used or installed consumable items.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers.
  • Individual items from combo packs.
  • Any defects not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
